The Carlsberg International Graduate Programme

Start your future today. This fast-track, two-year programme is your ideal way to learn the ropes of working at Carlsberg and gain international experience on projects both at home and abroad.

Shape your future – in good company
Together, you and your manager will create a unique job for you in one of Carlsberg’s many companies. From there, your manager and mentor will support you as you tackle challenges that mean real business to Carlsberg. Doors and minds are always open at Carlsberg, so you’ll quickly feel like a part of the team.

Learn the Carlsberg brands inside and out
During the programme, you’ll work for at least one period of  four to six months in a Carlsberg company in another country. You’ll design the position yourself, creating a job that will increase your international experience exponentially. You’ll also attend four workshops in different cities around the world, where you, your fellow graduates and Carlsberg management will address some of the company’s key business challenges.
