Do you want to influence the future of mobile technology? This is your
chance. Through the Ericsson R&D Global Graduate Program we can
offer you a unique opportunity to become a leader in one of the most
exciting parts of our business: our research and development (R&D)
unit.
Together with future leaders from across the world,
you will go on an 18-month, action-packed journey. This will give you a
solid foundation in R&D, take you to foreign countries and
challenge your knowledge and thinking in order to turn you into the
leader we need and you want to become.
First stop: Stockholm, Sweden
Starting in Stockholm, Sweden, you will spend the first part of your
journey learning about us, and we about you. You will meet with key
people within R&D and our top management team, and hear their views
on the future. You will also attend courses, giving you an overview of
our unique mobile technology, our people and our customers.
Second stop: your home unit
This is your
opportunity to observe and take part in our day-to-day activities on a
local level. You will work alongside people who are passionate about
what they do and about our common future, and you will draw on their
knowledge to develop even further.
Third stop: Stockholm, Sweden
On your
return to Sweden, you will meet with other future leaders to work on
exciting projects assigned by the R&D management team. At the same
time, you will get training in professional communication, interaction
and presentation. We will also help you to increase your understanding
of yourself as an individual and as a member of a team.
Fourth stop: the world
At the end of the
program, you will get the chance to complete a project assignment
abroad. Where you will be stationed and what you will be doing will be
a joint decision by you, your line manager and the program management.
Along the way, we will support you in your personal
development, helping you to identify the most suitable career path. Our
goal is to release your maximum potential and to prepare you for a
future with us.
