We want to be the best IT partner in the global pharma industry by providing Novo Nordisk with efficient and effective IT services to support business competitiveness. With more than 600 employees in the global IT organisation, we are closely engaged with all Novo Nordisk business areas.

The global IT organisation is an integrated part of the business all the way from project idea to implementation and into system maintenance. We are continuously implementing new technologies and solutions to improve business processes and support the growth of Novo Nordisk. In addition we are responsible for running and maintaining the portfolio of large global IT systems and managing the infrastructure that provides access to the essential IT tools for our more than 30.000 users.

The Business IT Graduate Programme will give you valuable experience in several core IT fields, e.g. project management, system management, infrastructure management, governance and strategy. You will learn to take ownership of projects while building a strong network with global colleagues. What you will be doing

As a Business IT graduate, you will gain experience working in a broad range of areas, e.g.:

Requirements

We are looking for people with the ability to bridge technology with business needs. You must have a top of class master's degree e.g. within Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, and have a genuine interest in information technologies. The ideal candidate has no or very little work experience (0-1 years). You have an international mind-set and a passion for learning. We are looking for people who are performance-oriented, outgoing and willing to learn from others. You should be able to work as part of a team, but also be able to work independently and prepared to take ownership of your projects and assignments.
